The Steering Committee wants to thank Meihua Zhai and many members for proposing and supporting a new award to recognize outgoing leaders and volunteers as they are completing their services to OCAIR. The new award is named OCAIR Spirit Award saying how much recipients value OCAIR spirit of “OCAIR, We Care!”. Congratulations to the first group of recipients of OCAIR Spirit Award: Ying Zhou, Zhiyuan Ma and Longfei (Eric) Wang.
