Overseas Chinese Association of Institutional Research (OCAIR) was founded in 1996 at the 36th Annual Forum of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It became an official Affiliated Organizations (AOs) of AIR in October 1998.

Announcement

  • 2023 OCAIR Election: Jennifer Wu (Pennsylvania State University) is elected as the OCAIR chair for term 2024-2025. Linli Zhou (Lasell University) will serve as the Member-at-large for term 2023-2024.
  • Kelly Jung-ts Lin’s “Qualitative Analysis Using Text Classification” was selected as OCAIR’s best presentation to to present at the 2023 AIR Forum.
  • OCAIR’s Annual Business Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 1, 5:30-6:15 PM at the 2023 AIR Forum (Cleveland, OH), followed by a group dinner.
